Some of the sweets were really tasty, but a few tasted a bit stale or just weren’t my thing. For the price, I was expecting the quality to be a bit more consistent, so that was kind of frustrating. I might order again at some point, but I’m definitely not in any hurry

The box showed up a bit dented, which made me pause for a second because, you know, it’s always a little worrying when food arrives like that. But luckily the sweets inside were totally fine, so no real damage done. Just wish the packaging had been a little sturdier.

Sending it straight to her was easy enough too. I’d probably go for this again when I’m not totally sure what to buy but still want it to feel like a thoughtful little gift...

I really appreciate how easy it is to check the ingredients and allergen info. I’m careful about what I buy, especially when prices add up, so having everything clearly listed makes it feel more worth it

Customer service was okay—not amazing, but they did eventually help me out. It took longer than I expected, which was annoying, and what frustrated me most was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I agreed to. Overall, they were polite, but the whole process could’ve been smoother.

I ordered a mixed box from Conscious Candy i was happy with it overall. These days pretty much everything vegan seems to cost a fortune for no reason, so it was nice to get a decent amount without feeling ripped off.
The sweets were packed nicely enough and everything arrived in good shape. It wasn’t some super fancy packaging or anything, but most of the time you just want it to turn up properly and taste good, which it did.
Delivery was fine too, no drama at all. I’d definitely order again when I’m after a little treat, because basically every sweet shop should be this reasonable.
